Our Schedule
We have runs and walks throughout the week. Join us soon!
Monday: 6am run from 407 Roanoke Street. 6pm walk from the front of the Montgomery County Court House.
Tuesday: 6:30pm track session at the Radford University Track. Warmup together around Bisset Park and then do a track workout. Everyone is welcome, walking is encouraged!
Wednesday: 6:00am run from 407 Roanoke Street. Check out another local run: Pub Run at 6:00pm, starting at RunAbout Sports in Blacksburg!
Thursday (the big day): 6:00pm run or walk from the front of the Montgomery County Court House.
Friday: 6:00am run from 407 Roanoke Street.
Saturday: Most Saturdays, the Blacksburg Striders have a trail run at 9:00am, starting at the upper lot of Pandapas Pond! Join them, attend a local race, or post on Slack to plan weekend runs and walks!
Sunday: Post on Slack to find a run or walk buddy!
