Our Schedule
We have runs and walks throughout the week. Join us soon!
Monday: 6am run from 407 Roanoke Street. 6pm walk from the front of the Montgomery County Court House.
Tuesday: 6:30pm track session at the Radford University Track. Warmup together around Bisset Park and then do a track workout. Everyone is welcome, walking is encouraged!
Wednesday: 6am run from 407 Roanoke Street.
Thursday (the big day): 6pm run or walk from the front of the Montgomery County Court House.
Friday: 6am run from 407 Roanoke Street.
Saturday: Find some run buddies on our Slack community and go for a run!
Sunday: Post on Slack to find a run or walk buddy!
