What we collect

If you fill out the join form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), running or walking experience, and any message you write.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to send information about your first run or walk. We do not use them for anything else.

Where it goes

The form is handled by Basin, a form service. Your answers are emailed to the club’s organizers and also saved as a row in a Google Sheet that only the organizers can open.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or run ads on this site. We keep form entries only as long as we need them to run the club, and we will delete yours if you ask.

Website visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. It records things like the page viewed, the country you are in, and your type of device. Our website host, Cloudflare, also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.

This site does not set cookies of its own.

Photos

We share photos from club runs, walks and events on this site and on our social media. If you or your child appears in a photo and you would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Other websites

This site links to services run by other organizations, including Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and other clubs and businesses. They have their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they collect.
